How to Initiate Account Deletion

To initiate deletion, please send an email request from your registered email address directly to our compliance and privacy desk:

Information Required in Your Email

To verify identity and prevent unauthorized account modifications, please include:

• Your Full Legal Name
• The Registered Email Address associated with your Redeck.ai account
• The Registered Mobile Number linked to your account
• Reason for deletion request (Optional)

Data Purged Upon Verification

Upon successful identity verification, we will permanently purge your user profile, login credentials, saved goals, application preferences, and non-essential personal data from our active servers and databases.

Data Retained for Regulatory Compliance

As a technology platform connecting to regulated financial desks, certain records cannot be immediately erased under applicable laws. We are legally required to retain specific audit trails (such as transaction records, statutory logs, and KYC compliance documentation) for the mandatory retention period prescribed by regulatory authorities (including SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI guidelines). Such data remains securely archived with restricted access.

Processing Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days from the receipt of complete verification details.
